Wednesday November 30 2011

Just working around the house today, getting ready for my 3:30pm two hour workout! EVERYONE should make at least 30 minutes to exercise every day. If you have a Personal Trainer to help you, great. Otherwise, contact me.

I hope everyone had a nice, safe Thanksgiving!

Hello!

I'll be checking in here on a daily basis, and would like to keep in touch with as many friends as possible. If I don't contact you right away, don't worry. I will eventually connect. We all must know by now how busy life gets, and we can only focus on one important task at a time in order to make any progress. It's not that your comments aren't important to me. It's just a fact that I probably have 10 things on my plate at once that have precedence at the moment. Please keep in mind that I enjoy setting priorities and goals in life, and will continue trying new challenges every day until I am confident that being a life-long student is working for me. This initial post may seem lengthly, and future ones will and should be a lot shorter, but here are some means of contacting me. If you need to reach me urgently due to an emergency I can help with, use my cell phone to call or send a text to me:

Cell phone: 978-793-3739
E-mail: pgjr99@gmail.com

When sending me a message, be sure that I have your cell phone or e-mail address so I can log you into my "Contacts" and be able to use caller ID to see "who" is sending me a message. Nothing bothers me more than not knowing if I'm getting a sales call, spam, or a friend or family member on the other line. Texting seems to be the quickest way that the world is starting to use in communications. This is easy to do, but can become a nuisance sometimes. It becomes irritating to many people when someone they are talking to begins typing on their cell phone, or reading a message just received by someone else. We ALL do this occasionally, and should make an attempt to limit our time to stop being rude to others. Since the world is moving in the direction of "living" every day on Smart Phones and cell phones, taking control of our actions should become an important priority.

Technology can help us, but it can also ruin our lives!

Best always,
Paul W. Giunta, Jr.
